Greenacres Courtyard, a 4,000sqft development, is the first large building, in the region, where all the walls are built entirely with Hemcrete (a mix of hemp waste and lime mortar). The horseshoe shaped courtyard consists of 8 workshops and 4 offices (300sqft) ideal for small or start-up businesses. The hemp absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere as it grows, this is then locked up within the building, helping to reduce atmospheric CO2 levels.
Greenacres is based on Monument Park, an attractive out of the town business park, in South Oxfordshire, offering fresh air, plenty of parking and a supportive environment to local businesses.
Monument Park is home to over 80 small – medium sized companies located within a variety of our business premises, which include:
